Adriatik Lapaj of "Albania Becomes" and his supporters continued the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, which was also accompanied by tensions this evening.
The police, who arrived there to stop the gathering and take away the generator placed in front of the building, also led to physical clashes with citizens and Lapaj.
After suspicions that the latter lost consciousness during the protest, in an interview with "Review", Lapaj clarified the entire situation.
" Due to the intensity of the clash and the high number of police, the fact that we were not allowing that generator to be taken unfairly and that oil was spilled there, a difficult environment was created. I sat down to hold the generator, I drank some water and there was no critical situation. I was and am very well, I can't be better than that ," he said.
Lapaj further explained that they have announced every possible step that has accompanied the protest, including the measures that need to be taken, or the official schedules when it will be held.
" Today the clash was with the police because of the Municipality, we have sent letters every day to the State Police and the Municipality requesting that measures be taken for our ongoing protest, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the citizens.
For this time slot, we have requested that the police take measures to hold the protest, while the Municipal Police take measures to connect the electricity. All our requests are based on the law ," explains the head of "Albania Becomes".
Adriatik Lapaj accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of seeking to subjugate anyone who opposes him with money, while Endrit Shabani said that he is the only People's Advocate that the people do not love.
" Two messages were given. The first message: do whatever you want, but if you want to make a career, you must "forgive" Edi Rama. The second: all those who engage in public life have a bargain and a price. This is what Rama does ," said Lapaj.
Regarding the new Ombudsman, Endri Shaban, Lapaj said: " He does not represent the citizens of this Republic. He is the only Ombudsman in world history that the people do not love. Xhixh Merimanga is a servant of Edi Rama's regime. We neither welcome him in protest nor do we recognize him as Ombudsman ."
