Former Prime Minister Berisha has reacted in connection with the "sterilization" affair where the former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj were arrested.
Berisha said that yesterday Edi Rama proudly celebrated the rescue of the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj from prison after the arrest of 8 officials and a businessman for the corrupt sterilization affair.
He stated that the pardon of Beqjes by SPAK was the most depressing blow that was given to the faith of those who were waiting for justice for the second theft of the century because the black firm Ilir Beqjes is in three of the four PPPs of this theft, which with the prices minimum officially costs the Albanians 450 million euros, while with the prices of the treasure it will cost 900 million to 1 billion euros.
"Rama's unbridled joy was logical, after Beqja's forgiveness, not only saving the money they shared in the second theft of the century, but marking the triumph of his total control with the Party Cabinet and the perfect functioning of the platform of his scapegoats for the public. The pardon of Beqjes was the most depressing blow given to the faith of those who were waiting for justice for the second theft of the century because the black firm Ilir Beqjes is in three of the four PPPs of this theft, which at the minimum prices officially costs Albanians 450 million euros, while at current prices it will cost 900 million to 1 billion euros.
The thief Ilir Beqja was unforgivable because in the sterilization affair he is absolutely responsible, as he is the person who is in flagrant violation of the laws:
1- He signed for the opening of the sterilization concession.
2- He signed the scoring of the companies participating in the competition, giving his company with Ilir Rrapaj, founded only 1 month ago with a total of 1 thousand euros of capital, double the points compared to his rival in the competition. I add here that in a real government, the minister can never deal with scoring. This only happens in the cave of Ali Baba or Edi Rama.
3- He signed the illegal concession contract with which the cost of sterilization increased 3-6 times, robbing hospitals of tens and tens of millions of euros. But with the criminal, sentencing to death and hundreds and hundreds of sick people who remained without surgery because the hospitals could not afford the payments they had to make to the blood-sucking company Beqja-Rrapaj.
4- He signed the apology, to his company Beqja-Rrapaj, of the ultra-modern sterilization apparatus purchased with public funds at the beginning of 2013 together with the new facilities for this procedure".
Berisha adds that "in addition to these, Beqja has hidden the file of his crime from the parliamentary commission and deputies".
Finally, SPAK has irrefutably proven that Beqja, Rrapaj, Rjepaj were a gang of merciless mafia thieves who moved together inside and outside the country.
But with all these serious legal and criminal responsibilities of Beqja, the party's stalwarts in her Skapi decided as Old Majer says: Beqja has not eaten rotten pears and point, he doesn't even play ball!
These fanatics of the Party could never forget the great effort of Edi Rama in the god exit, the protection by Edi Rama, with broken pliers and scissors in hand, from studio to studio, of the Beqja-Rrapaj company.
