The Special Prosecution Office has dismissed the accusations and claims of Prime Minister Edi Rama. Although he no longer mentions it, when Veliaj was arrested, Rama launched attacks on SPAK and demanded European standards regarding security measures.

Meanwhile, the number of prisoners who have been sentenced to prison sentences as a result of SPAK investigations constitutes only 9.5% of the total (out of 1,722 prisoners, 165 people have been sentenced following SPAK proceedings).
