US Embassy Shares Presidential Eid-ul-Fitr Greetings: Happy Eid to All Believers 

In a post on social media, the embassy shared the Presidential Message for this holiday, wishing peace and goodness to the Muslim community.

Eid al-Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan and is celebrated by Muslim believers around the world.

The First Lady and I send our best wishes to every American celebrating Eid al-Fitr.

Eid al-Fitr, also known as the Feast of the Breaking of the Fast, brings together Muslim families, friends, and communities in honor of their spiritual commitment at the end of Ramadan. It also serves as a reminder of the fundamental American principle of religious freedom, for which my Administration fights every day.

We offer our warmest wishes for a blessed Eid al-Fitr holiday to all those celebrating.
