The vice president of the Democratic Party Agron Gjekmarkaj has commented on the decision of the Court of Appeal to give the seal and logo of the Democratic Party to Berisha.
He said that this decision put an end to a saga aimed at the destruction and annihilation of the opposition.
Gjekmarkaj said that PD is the home of every democrat. Asked if there is a place for Lulzim Basha in the PD, Gjekmarkaj said that there is a place for all those who fight against a regime.
"It is undoubtedly a turning point, the saga of diversion and destruction of the opposition and its harassment ends.
I salute the judges who rose to the occasion and returned the DP flag to where it belonged, to the democrats, the deputies, the chairman of the DP, Sali Berisha.
We had a friendly, informal meeting. There is enthusiasm and self-confidence to start the battle with the government from tomorrow, to return the DP to power as soon as possible, as the democrats deserve.
I have heard my colleagues say that we are waiting for the decisions of the institutions, I am waiting for them to join the DP. PD is the house of the Democrats. Our president is Sali Berisha. Let all those who want to fight Edi Rama, the regime and the narco-state join us" , said Gjekmarkaj for "News 24".
Asked how Sali Berisha's non grata will affect the USA in 2025, Gjekmarkaj said that the Democratic Party will come to power.
"The DP will come to power, the vote of the citizens, their will for change. Who will be the candidate for prime minister? If the democrats will vote for Berisha, why not...", he continued.
