After Apel decided to give the seal of the Democratic Party to Berisha, the first reaction came from Lulzim Basha.
The chairman of DP Lulzim Basha has announced that he will gather today at 17:00 the structures of his group, heads of branches and the national council to decide the continuation of the democratic grouping.
It remains to be seen what will happen now that Basha has presented the electoral program and declared that there are candidates ready for the 2025 parliamentary elections.
Until now, Lulzim Basha has not made any statement regarding the decision of the Court of Appeal that gave the seal and logo of the DP to Berisha.
The judging panel overruled Enkelejd Alibeaj's appeal, upholding the decision of Judge Agron Zhukri, recognizing the decisions of the National Assembly of the Democratic Party of December 11, 2021.
The decision of the Appeal puts an end to the issue of the seal of the Democratic Party that has been wandering through the doors of the courts for 3 years.
