The Court of Appeal decided today that the stamp of the Democratic Party should be transferred to Sali Berisha. Present at the court hearing were his representative deputies. After the session, Flamur Noka made a statement to the media.
Asked by journalists if they will invite Lulzim Basha to join, Noka ironically said that he only calls on the democrats and not those who side with Rama.
Further, when asked if he thinks that the case will be delayed by Basha, Noka said that this is a final decision
Noka: Judges with integrity were found who gave voice to the truth that has been dragging on for three years, the truth that the democrats are the ones who decide for the party. Democrats today are united, the decision makes them happy. There will be a mission to overthrow this narco-regime. A divided opposition has ended. There is a united opposition today.

Noka : The call is for democrats, your home is the democratic party. This applies to every democrat, certainly not to those who feel themselves on the side of Rama. Those who feel democrats are welcome in his house.
Journalists: Do you think this issue will drag on even more?
Noka: This is a final decision that comes after the recommendation of the court. Today is not a day to celebrate but it is a day for truths. The narco-regime must be overthrown so that Albania can travel to the EU. It is our duty to lead this battle.
