The Court of Appeal has given the decision on the seal recognizing Sali Berisha as the chairman of the Democratic Party.

The Member of Parliament for Reestablishment, Flamur Noka, has commented on the Appeal decision that the stamp of the DP ultimately belongs to Sali Berisha's group.

Noka said that today is a good day for the democrats and a bad day for the regime. He called on all the democrats to join the Reestablishment DP.

"Today is a good day for all democrats. Their voice, although in the oasis of injustice, more integrity judges were found who gave voice to the truth that has been dragging on for 3 years.

The truth is that it is the democrats who decide for DP.

Democrats are united today, today the decision makes them happy, but today is a bad day for the regime. A divided opposition has ended, today Albania has a real DP and a united and real opposition", said Noka.
