Democratic leader Sali Berisha launched 'Speech 2' with the Democrats of Tirana's 8th and 9th districts, where he said that Albanians are living in a dictatorial system.
Berisha said that Albania lost the law, the foundations of a narco-state were laid in 1 year, like in no other nation.
"This regime has not devastated the country, young people have fled and the birth rate has decreased," Berisha said.
He said that 90% of the media has been put at the service of government propaganda, serving up deceptions to citizens.
In his speech, Berisha did not leave out the comment on the arrest of Federica Mogherini. He said that Mogherini had planned to come to Tirana to receive the decorations from Edi Rama, but EuroJust gave her what she deserved today.
