Democratic Party MP Ina Zhupa has spoken about the chaos that engulfed the Assembly both inside and outside.
The opposition MPs who had been expelled tried to forcefully enter the Assembly hall and that was enough for the situation to degrade into violence.
But beyond the violence against the legislators, the media and journalists present were prevented from carrying out their duties by the Republican Guard.
Regarding this, MP Ina Zhupa stated that this situation is scandalous. She added that there is no reason for this decision, they simply received a political order from Elisa Spiropali so that no one interrupts her propaganda speech.
"The media must perform its function at every moment to make the events that happen in the interest of the public transparent.
They hold every conference every week where they declare that they will be open to the public, meanwhile look what they have done, they have put up a fence and are not allowed to broadcast.
They are holding the opposition MPs hostage and do not allow them to enter the hall.
There is no reason, they simply received a political order from Elisa Spiropali so that no one disrupts the propaganda speech about Albania's pseudo-achievements, while Albania's achievements are these images here, which prevent journalists from performing their duties and MPs like that.
It is a really serious situation that has nothing to do with democracy", said Zhupa for "Ora News".
