Bardh Spahia is among the first to appear before the Albanian Parliament, where the session for the constitution of the new legislature is expected to be held.

What caught my attention was that Mr. Spahia was on crutches.

Apparently, a few days ago, Mr. Spahia injured his left leg.

He also made a joke with the media: "I'm sure I'll enter with my right foot."
