A photo published today by the head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, has stirred up the internet. Bardhi published a photo taken by former head of ARRSH Ervis Berberi, claiming that they were at the apartment of Minister Belinda Balluku, where, according to him, shopping was taking place.
" Belinda Balluku's gang of thieves regularly gathered in the crime den "Apartment 6, Level H, Nobis Complex", where corrupt tenders for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy were awarded ," writes Bardhi.
However, it seems that the photo is "Fake News", as it was actually taken at the Brigades Palace. Other photos have also appeared online, such as the one below, which shows journalist Blendi Fevziu.
Meanwhile, lawyer Ylli Manjni has also reacted, according to whom the most serious fact is how the photo ended up in Bardhi's hands, after it came from Berber's phone seized by SPAK.
" How is this photo in the hands of Gazmend Bardhi, from the seized cell phone of Ervis Berber?! Under what legal or procedural circumstances did this photo, which is not part of any trial file and is not found in any file of any of the defendants, come out of the memory of Ervis Berber's cell phone and is found in Gaz's hands?! Look, this photo in itself does not serve as evidence or as an indication for the investigations that are in progress. Therefore, it is not found in any official document of the files with the accusations made.
"This photo proves only one thing: that SPAK promotes popular and political justice towards the people it is investigating. This is a permanent mistake...???? The release of this photo to the public constitutes a flagrant act against the prosecutor in the case, who must be held accountable for this ," he writes.
