Former MP Myslim Murrizi, speaking about the DP's protest at the Prime Minister's Office, said that the Democrats no longer trust Sali Berisha.
He emphasized that he did not join the protest, as there are the same people in that party over the years and he does not expect any change.
" In the first rostrum, whoever remained loyal to him was thrown out into the street. Berisha told the Democrats that they would make the party a conservative party and they became a party of partisans. They said we would become a rostrum and it became a rostrum, they said we would make it a right-wing party and it became a cheese party. What do these people represent and why should I go to a rostrum that Berisha did. Since March 12, the National Council of the party has not met again. Why should a democrat go there, I am talking about those who have been there for years, in that party the same individuals are speaking. I go to every protest, not every rostrum where the same people speak ," he said.
Murrizi said that citizens should come out and protest about their problems and not just when protests are organized by political parties.
" Citizens must come out to the streets for themselves. Unfortunately, they are politicized, they do not come out to protest unless the party calls them. If the opposition invites them to the boulevard today, they should not sit at the table with Rama the next day. They say they will fight for the oligarchs and select them. They set up a commission for a check-up and do not say a word about dialysis. They do not talk about bankers, which is the biggest theft in recent years ," he said.
