Gazment Bardhi, Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, has called on the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, to respect the rules of Parliament.
During the ongoing session, Bardhi said that every time there is a proposal, the other side must give its opinion and then proceed to a vote.
"It's the first time we have to remember the rules. Every time there is a proposal, the other side has to give its opinion. Every time you receive a proposal, you put it to a vote, without hearing whether this proposal is in accordance with the rules."
First of all, we don't need to read the junk mail that comes to us from Taulant Balla. We have read enough SKY ECC intercepts and they are enough for us to understand the quality of the mail that Taulant Balla wants to serve us.
Secondly, the regulation requires a certain procedure: after 10 minutes of speaking yes and 10 minutes against, the motion is put to a vote.
"He can stand up and say there is no debate, or we can go to the vote. Tomorrow he can say we can close the Parliament, but this does not mean that the Assembly will turn into a wish list of Taulant Balla. I told you yesterday at the Conference of Speakers, either keep your role or give up your chair," said Bardhi.
