The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, expressed criticism during the plenary session, emphasizing that the opposition is not being treated as a political opponent, but with hatred by the majority.
Bardhi also gave Pelesh some advice, telling him to follow Spiropal's example and sometimes step outside the majority's ranks.
Bardhi emphasized that the opposition has requested the inclusion of a legal package with an accelerated procedure on the agenda, but this request has not been taken into consideration.
According to him, the majority systematically rejects any opposition initiative, solely because of its political origin, using the no vote in a unilateral manner.
"It is true that we did not raise it at the Conference of Speakers because a request for an expedited procedure was filed. This is a legal package consisting of two draft laws and one is scheduled in the calendar of the Assembly's work to be reviewed on April 16...and why shouldn't you agree to this? The opposition requests a date for an issue to be included in the Assembly's agenda and neither the Speaker nor the Chairman of the majority parliamentary group agrees to consider it. How is it possible that for everything the opposition proposes, you have the red card on your button.
You reject the opposition's laws because they were proposed by opposition MPs. You treat the opposition with the greatest hatred and not as a political opponent, because we are political opponents. They ask for two draft laws to be reviewed jointly and you vote against, Mr. Peleshi, play your role on the sides... or at least follow the model of Li dita Nikolla and Elisa Spiropali who once every three months, would step outside the group's decision and say that I support you but I have nothing to do with the group's decision-making. Step out of line for once, we are asking for a date. Raise 80 people's cards against, what are you voting for, they were overthrowing the enemy of the people", said Bardhi.
