The leader of the Democratic Party-Euro-Atlantic Democrats, Lulzim Basha, has reacted to Sali Berisha's attacks, accusing him of being "Edi Rama's scarecrow".
"Taulant Balla and Lulzim Basha are an inseparable pair. As much as you can separate smoke from soot, you can separate these two people ," Berisha said today.
The latter responded by saying that Berisha continues to use the strategy of slander to keep the Democratic Party in a false opposition position and to prevent the change demanded by Albanians. He describes Berisha as Rama's collaborator through past agreements and actions that, according to him, harm the DP.
Basha also said that Albanians can no longer tolerate this ugly theater and the attacks on him show that the 3-year-old revolution is against Lulzim Basha and anyone who does not want the DP to end up like the Partizani club.
"Doctor Pazari, who amnestied Rama's corrupt people with the amnesty of shame and closed the lists to recycle the 2008 agreement with his partner, continues with the tired strategy: slander, slander, so that something will remain."
I regret that he has accepted to be used as a scarecrow by Edi Rama, to scare Albanians who want change, choosing the place of Gogol to give Rama power, and Berisha the false opposition.
But this ugly theater is no longer tolerated by Albanians who want change, while the attacks on me show that the 3-year revolution is against me and all those who believe that the DP will not have the fate of the Partizani club.
"Greetings from Washington, Doctor ," Basha's response reads.
