Interior Minister Taulant Balla called unacceptable the violation of the decision that Sali Berisha made by giving a speech from the balcony in front of the militants who gathered down on "Mustafa Matohiti" street while he was under 'house arrest'
However, Balla gave an interpretation to the journalist's question at the media conference, but added that it is up to other institutions to judge the action of the former prime minister in the investigation into the privatization of the Partizani complex.
Throughout his speech, Balla did not mention the name of Sali Berisha, but addressed him as a gentleman.
"I have heard many interpretations from the media about how house arrest is implemented. The Code of Criminal Procedure says that you have all the prohibitions you have during prison arrest. Neither I nor the gentleman wrote it, but I and the gentleman voted for it. Here it is the separation of two worlds. I do not want to make any comments. I have not had any contact with the state police so that the citizen in question is treated the same way as other citizens. It is unacceptable, but it is up to other institutions to comment," he said. forehead
The case of the privatization of the Partizani complex, which he himself denounced when he was a member of parliament, he called pure corruption, a typical case like in criminalistics books.
"Despite the fact that in the case of the person you are talking about, it is a report made by me in the capacity of a deputy or a citizen known to have an element of a criminal offense. I have been following him for many years, since that form of privatization was being prepared and all the criminal acts that followed. I continue to be convinced that the case of the privatization of the Partizani complex is a typical case as in the criminalistics books. I do not want to enter into any kind of comment.
