DP leader Sali Berisha, in a statement to the media, condemned the "Balluku" scandal.
During his speech, he said that he would present documents and facts for Albanians.
"Major international scandal. I will present documents and facts to the Albanians, about the unprecedented act of Edi Rama and Balluk that he has committed. He has committed an international scandal. Yesterday Rama deceived the Albanians and Europe and I will condemn him with the greatest force," he said.
After leaving the Special Prosecution Office, in his speech to the media, Berisha focused on the race for the head of SPAK, where he said that he will support any prosecutor who has no connection to crime.
"There are four candidates. I hope they are not linked to crime like Altin Dumani. I support every prosecutor, every judge, every investigator, every police officer who follows the law. My political belief is the Constitution and the law," said the leader of the DP.
Berisha did not spare attacks on Altin Dumani, saying that justice is being used as a political weapon.
"We have five center-right organizations that denounce the use of justice as a weapon. When a judge protects a criminal, he is more evil than a citizen who hides a crime. Every honest judge is ashamed. These are the people of the law, who you, the citizens, pay with the highest salaries in Europe. We have never voted for these people. I am talking about people, because, absolutely, there are honest, hardworking people who want to enforce the law," Berisha said.
