Based on the Assembly's response, it results that PSD and PDIU deputies have joined votes in 8 cases with the Socialists. More specifically, the votes were joined to approve the government's political program on September 16, 2021, as well as for the voting and approval of the budgets from 2021 to 2025.

On May 11, the general parliamentary elections are held, and one of the points where the parties may engage in debates and clashes is the division of commissioners and counters. According to the Electoral Code, commissioners belong to the majority and the opposition, but a letter from the Assembly to the CEC treats only the socialists as the majority, while all others are included in the opposition. This means that the opposition also includes the Social Democrats of Tom Doshi and the PDIU of Shpëtim Idrizi, in addition to the Freedom Party, the Republicans, and the LZHK.

The Democrats opposed the letter signed by Elisa Spiropali, while the CEC addressed the Parliament with an official letter requesting information regarding the position held by PSD and PDIU deputies in relation to the Government.

And based on the Assembly's response, it turns out that PSD and PDIU deputies have joined votes in 8 cases with the Socialists. More specifically, the votes were joined to approve the government's political program on September 16, 2021, as well as for the voting and approval of the budgets from 2021 to 2025.

In this way, the division of commissioners by the CEC is expected to be: the SP will divide commissioners with Tom Doshi's PSD, while Sali Berisha's Democrats will divide commissioners with the PL (former LSI) and the PDIU.

According to the Electoral Code, commissioners in both voting commissions and counting groups are divided between parliamentary parties, with the two largest parties, one in the Government and the other in the opposition, receiving the highest number of representatives.

Referring to this, the socialists attempted to keep the commissioners under full control, both in the polling station commissions and in the counting groups, by labeling as opposition all the parties in the Assembly, except the socialists. This meant that the PSD, PDIU and PL would receive commissioners from the PD, or more precisely, Berisha's Democrats in the Counting Commissions would have only 1 member, while the other would be divided among the small parties that were listed as opposition. /Pamphlet/
