Thus declared the member of the Electoral Reform Commission, Blendi Klosi, leaving the hall where the first meeting was planned to take place after two years.
The two co-presidents Damian Gjiknuri and Enkelejd Alibeaj had decided that the meeting would start at 11:00, but the deputies of Sali Berisha's group blocked the entrance to the hall.
The PD parliamentary group is determined not to recognize the current election reform commission. Earlier, they requested to change the composition of the commission, putting Oerd Bylykbash at the head.
This request was defeated in the parliament by the majority, which decided to cooperate with Lulzim Basha's group for the electoral reform.
