The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party met this morning in the Presidency of the Assembly.
"Today, Friday, at 10:00, we will hold a meeting of the Group, in the hall of the Presidency of the Assembly", Gazment Bardhi announced earlier.
The meeting takes place two days after the clashes at the Media Commission, when Gazment Bardhi and Flamur Noka verbally attacked Flutura Açka.
For this incident, but also for the noise in Monday's session, the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party is compiling a request for the punishment of two democratic deputies, which will be sent to the Council of Ethics and Mandates.
According to the socialists, Bardhi and Noka meet the conditions to request a punitive measure based on the new regulation of the assembly. In such conditions, Gazment Bardhi and Flamur Noka can be sentenced from 30 to 60 days of exclusion from the parliament.
In Monday's session, the Democratic deputies avoided the use of flamethrowers, which would automatically lead to 60-day punishments. They chose a new method of jamming the proceedings of the assembly, that of noise-production from an application installed on smart phones that amplified the noise in the assembly hall.
