For the first time tomorrow we will have a political protest against justice. Organizations, civil society and interest groups have protested, but we have not seen politics protest against judicial bodies.
Sali Berisha and his son-in-law will climb the steps of SPAK, where it is expected that they will be officially charged for the "Partizani" file. But this seems to have alarmed the blue seat, as the move comes before the 2025 elections and will undoubtedly affect the process.
For this reason, tomorrow in front of SPAK we will have a protest by Berisha's loyalists. According to information, Wednesday's protest will be organized mainly by DP structures in Tirana and surrounding cities, but not on the scale of a national gathering.
It is learned that the protest will last there from the moment Berisha arrives until his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, appears before SPAK prosecutors. No acts of violence are predicted, but it looks like it will be a rebellion against the new justice.
The goal of the democrats is to put pressure on Berisha to be released from the charges and arrest. It is expected that the entrance part of SPAK will be blocked by the militants, thus preventing entry and exit.
In the meantime, it is known that no permission was obtained from the police for this protest, and the possibility of law enforcement intervention is not excluded. It is learned that the Tirana police have committed to increasing their presence at the Special Prosecutor's Office building, as special forces are also expected to be on alert to avoid any attempt to enter the building, even though it is not included in the scenario.
