The former candidate of the opposition in the local elections of May 14 for the Municipality of Kuçova, Lefter Maliqi, announces that today at 12:00 a hearing against the socialist mayor Kreshnik Hajdari will be held in the Special Court.
Through a post on social networks, Maliqi emphasizes that this session will also be the testimony of whether "SPAK" is independent or works with Regji of power, since according to him, Hajdari should be charged for violating the decriminalization law and that is worse than Safet Gjici i Kukës in terms of tenders awarded in this municipality.
Furthermore, he has also published some new documents that, according to him, prove Hajdar's corrupt tenders.
"SPAK" independent or directed??? Hajdari today accused at 12:00, in the Special Court near SPAK... Hajdari worse than Gjici i Kukesi.
"SPAK" opened his eyes! Look at this natural beauty which was damaged, destroyed for pure corrupt intentions by Hajdari, in cooperation with the former fatorino, Oligarch Salillari. This purely corrupt tender with a dubious project, with dubious situations, about 4 Billion Lek, out of 9 Billion Total spent on tenders by the Municipality of Kučovo in 4 years. So, the biggest tender awarded, spending almost 50% of the money spent in the 4 years of Hajdar's government, went to this water supply, in the "Protected Area", without an Environmental Permit, where the money was taken and there is no drinking water , expected to be done for 1.5 years and it has been over 3 years where over 120 men and women have been raped.
The question arises as to why "SPAK" sent this case to the Berat Prosecutor's Office when it is the competence of "SPAK", since the Mayor of Kuçovo Hajdari is the accused "hostage" of Salillari's accomplice? Why did the Berar Prosecutor's Office issue an arrest warrant this summer and cancel it? Why is this issue blocked? The answer is that Hajdari takes Salillar with him? Salillari defends Hajdar?

If you are silent it says a lot! Salillari doesn't release Hajdari because Hajdari takes Salillari with him. You took Hajdar as a defendant only for forgery, based on the "Decriminalization Law" and you have him today at 12:00 for trial in the "Special Court against Organized Crime", but you have Salillar there because he releases his Hajdar , that he released Hajdar, you will regret it and he will tell you not only about Salillar, but also about his associates who have seriously abused the taxes and property of the citizens of the Kuçovo Municipality.

Because when you do this to me, I know the laws, the procedure, I have worked with the evidence, I have investigated, detained and arrested only with evidence many criminals, who have been sentenced from 5-25 years and life imprisonment. These corrupt thieves Pëllumb Hajdari and Kreshnik Salillari may escape from "SPAKU", but one day, they will receive the deserved punishment for the great damage they have caused.
