Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha gave his next speech to his sympathizers from the window of the apartment where he is currently under house arrest.  

During his speech, he did not fail to mention the chaos caused by his deputies today in the Parliament in the eyes of the foreign ambassadors who were present in the hall.

Berisha said that today was a day of battle in the Assembly, as he added that the opposition today is stronger than ever.
