Although he sold it as a secret draft and that no one was consulted, in fact the draft proposed by Rama for the Association in Kosovo is not so secret.
The Deputy Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Artan Grubi, has stated today that he is one of the people who has seen the draft statute drawn up by Prime Minister Rama for the creation of the Association of Serb-majority municipalities in the north of Kosovo.
Grubi chose not to talk about specific points of the draft, but publicly expressed his support for it.
The Deputy Prime Minister of North Macedonia underlined that Prime Minister Rama's initiative paves the way for de-escalation of the situation in the North and could lead to the final recognition between Kosovo and Serbia.
" I read the draft, I had communications with the authorities in Albania and I give full support to any effort to overcome this situation created in the north of Kosovo, but also between Kosovo and Serbia as two states, but also between Kosovo and the international municipality and especially the USA in the newly created circumstances.
Any initiatives and initiatives on which further agreements can be built are welcome. I congratulate Prime Minister Rama for his willingness to lead this process to offer a lasting solution. For us, the only solution is mutual recognition between the two states, and we support this and this is our state position ", said Grubi for "Euronews Albania".
