The final proposal of names for ambassador is the competence of the Prime Minister and decreed by the President, who must implement Article 46 of Law No. 23/2015 "On the Foreign Diplomatic Service", where this definition is:

The highest position held by Ervin Bushati was the deputy of the SP. The highest party function was the chairman of the SP of Tirana. Public engagement, he is the group leader in the networks "Patronazhisti" and "Activist" and daily analyst of the SP government "Rilindja" on television.
While the highest administrative position of Ervin Bushati in these 20 years within the PS, he was General Director of the Albanian Post for 6 months, in the period September 28, 2021-March 26, 2022; dismissed by Prime Minister Edi Rama for corruption after denunciations and information from Anti-Crime and SHISH, that he opened and checked the envelopes, envelopes and mailboxes of businessmen, politicians, embassies and some government institutions, police and justice.

The SPAK investigation against Ervin Bushati is still in process with Criminal File no. 93/2020, made public by the prosecutor of the case, Doloreza Musabelliu, who said: - Citizen Ervin Bushati is in the process of investigation and there is and will be no delay". (But it's dragging)
While Babloku thought that the economist Ervin Bushati, without any minimum diplomatic rank, without even working as a sportsman in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and from Postmaster with a criminal record in SPAK, will be appointed Ambassador to the USA.
