She said that the file cannot be opened because a complaint has been made by Filip Talo, the person who was allegedly spied on by Meta.

"The case in question, within the framework of a complaint made by the citizen in question, is being handled. In my case, it is not that the institution did the verification. His mention is related to the file of someone else who has a certain process, who has filed a complaint for correction. We are dealing with that. Once this is finished, the media will receive answers to all the documentation", said Sula in an interview.
Since December, there have been many requests to AIDSSH to clarify Ilir Metaj's file, but all requests have been frozen and it seems clear that something dirty is being cooked up behind the scenes. Since the elections are over and Meta is no longer a threat, the SP is amnestying him.
