Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has published a part of the interview of lawyer Arben Llangozi, on the reception of Ahmetaj in SPAK investigations.
Llangozi emphasizes that Rama was aware of the violations and that he did not carry out his mission, where according to law 9000, article 2 obliges the prime minister when he finds illegality to stop the violations.
"The truth about the direct personal legal and criminal responsibility of Edi Rama for the firecrackers!", writes Berisha next to the video in which Llangozi says:
" It is universally known that the Prime Minister of Albania has come to the defense of this fraudulent scheme and says that I am proud of what I have done. The Prime Minister must defend himself because Law 9000, Article 2 obliges the Prime Minister when he finds illegality to stop the thing illegal, as he is not there to sign the files he thinks but is to correct the irregularities and control every penny invested of the taxes of the Albanian citizens, and he is not there to support Arben Ahmetaj, nor himself or anyone.
The prime minister is aware because it is known that one of his former ministers is in prison, head of the cabinet, he was questioned by the laws commission, so the prime minister knows directly.
And Arben Ahmetaj himself, this is the strangest, if we refer to the interview made by the citizen Arben Ahmetaj on a national TV, he said that he informed directly and step by step the prime minister of the Republic of Albania and he informed for all the problems and with notification from this citizen, the prime minister has not taken measures to stop the violations ".
