Elisa Spiropali zgjidhet Kryetare e Kuvendit të Shqipërisë

Elisa Spiropali has been elected Speaker of the Assembly. Nikola resigned and Rama proposed Spiropali in her place.

According to the regulation, there should have been a secret ballot, but the opposition blocked the hall. Then it was switched to secret electronic voting. Spiropali was elected with 75 votes in favor and 4 against.
