For the first time for voting, Babloku put it on the agenda of the parliament on May 18, 2023 and on September 21, 2023, but removed it and since then has left it suspended, although in the 2024 budget 20 million Euros of income from them are planned starting from February.
On Thursday, the "ideologist" Fidel Ylli clarified the reason for the blocking of the draft law, saying that the skepticism of some MPs and the slander in the media have become an obstacle; that Edi and Olsi Rama will take the bets, they even say that I am also with them.
In order to convince the skeptics, the media, the Albanians, Fidel Ylli pleaded, swearing: - It is a slander that Edi and Olsi Rama will take the bets, but I guarantee you that we will not take them.
But Fideli, who knows that Edi and Olsi Rama will not get the betting business monopoly, and Fideli himself, who is in part with Endri Meks and his partner Dajlan Avdia, did not say who should get the online betting licenses. .
And while Fideli, Babloku and Olsi Rama, have no intention of taking them, why have they been together for 2 years, in the Ministry of Finance, Education and parliamentary committees with modifications of the draft law and lobbying the opposition and in the media with checks , they are making propaganda for them.
The re-opening of bets is being served as a necessity for the strengthening of sports and profit for the state coffers, when 2 million Euros will be given to sports per year; the state will receive 15 million Euros per year, while the private sector will receive nearly 180 million Euros per year.
If Edi and Olsi Rama and Fidel Ylli and Endri Meksi of the Sude area did not take over this business; Fideli would not appear every week on television as a sign of the re-opening of betting, begging as if his stomach was "burning" for the development of sports.
