The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has extended his congratulations to Muslim believers on the occasion of the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
After visiting the Muslim Community, he announced that one of the first decisions will be to double the fund for religious communities, a fund that he called necessary and that fully belongs to them.
' I guarantee, I also guaranteed the head of the KMSH that Friday prayer will be determined by law and in the schedule and every Muslim believer who wants to perform his duty by praying in the mosque will have the time set for this destination. So the official schedule cannot become an obstacle for people to pray on Friday, which is the day for Muslims and this is an obligation. It will be decided immediately after May 11. After May 11, one of the first decisions will be to double the fund for religious communities. A fund that is necessary and belongs to them in full. As a countermeasure, a major effort will be made to return properties and or compensate. The properties of religious communities are the most looted properties in Albania ,' he said.
