Flamur Noka, Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Albania, has reacted after the Court's decision, which released from security measures the protesters arrested after the December 22 protest.
Noka writes online that the accusations raised against the protesters were fabricated, while he considers a technical government to be the best solution for the country.
According to Noka, the Prosecution and Police fabricated charges that show the pressure and intimidation that the narco-state exerts against citizens who exercise their right to protest.
Noka emphasizes that this situation is clear evidence of the way the current government attempts to suppress critical voices, but the opposition remains determined and will not stop in its commitment to justice and transparency.
He underlines that the technical government is the best solution for the country at this moment, offering stability and justice for all citizens.
