"Courts present the candidacies and vote that justice is dead",

The vice president of the Democratic Party, Agron Gjekmarkaj, has commented on the decision of the Supreme Court, which overturned the request of the former democratic deputy Ervin Salianji for the suspension of the prison sentence.

Gjekmarkaj says that Salianji was kidnapped from political life, as he adds that whoever has not understood this "means that he will not know how to protect himself from robbery.

The democratic deputy further writes that "Our courts do well to come and present their candidacies and vote in the people that justice is dead, politics has sprouted on this corpse like a poisonous mushroom.

"In no case in these 34 years of transition has there been any court decision that sentenced to prison even when the reports were false. A deputy is convicted for taking a trafficker to prison. The trafficker is sipping coffee, perhaps somewhere in his own restaurant, he sees his brother, the former minister, showing him the right path to justice, which he is preparing for himself" , writes Agron Gjekmarkaj.

"If someone has not learned from the unprecedented precedent of the trial, of Salianj's kidnapping from political life, it means that he will not know how to protect himself from the robbery, from the blow that can fall on him like lightning on a sunny day at home his own, in his own family, at the door that is knocking on him.

Dear friends, dear Albanians, our elders mocked themselves and said "the greatest miracle lasts three days". I am not surprised by Salianj's three weeks or three months in prison, I am surprised that the hatred and fear of power is insatiable.

Our courts would do well to come and present their candidacies and let the people vote that justice is dead, politics has sprouted on this corpse like a poisonous mushroom.

It would be less hypocritical if they got some votes at least.

In no case in these 34 years of transition has there been any court decision that sentenced to prison even when the reports were false. A deputy is convicted for taking a trafficker to prison.

The trafficker is sipping his coffee, maybe somewhere in his restaurant, he sees his brother, the former minister, showing him the right path to justice, who is standing right next to him.

And you, you know the whole truth!", Gjekmarkaj writes on social networks.
