The two SPAK Special Prosecutors Arben Kraja and Enkelejda Millonai submitted the "Partizani" file to the anti-corruption court.
In the file with 333 bundles submitted to the court today, there are five accused, among them former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi and Fatmir Bektashi.
Anila Hoxha reports that the lottery is expected to be held the next day to appoint the preliminary judge. 10 judges will be included in the preliminary draw, but judge Irena Gjoka, who has reviewed the security measures since October 2023, will not be included in the draw, and according to the law, she should not be in this draw.
