President Bajram Begaj will depart today for an official visit to Hungary at the invitation of his counterpart, Hungarian President Tamás Sulyok.
This visit aims to further strengthen political dialogue, bilateral relations based on a historical friendship, cooperation on the finalization of Albania's EU membership process, cooperation on the security situation in the region and in Europe as two countries in NATO.

Part of the agenda of this visit is also a meeting with representatives of the Albanian community living in Hungary.
