Former member of the Democratic Party's National Council, Indrit Vokshi, spoke this Saturday about developments in the Democratic Party. Vokshi stated that the Democratic Party itself manipulated the elections within its own structures, while at the same time accusing Prime Minister Rama of election theft.
" The members of the DP themselves are talking about the theft of the elections in the party. The chairman of the National Council came out and said that 'we stole votes for the chairman of the party' and no one has reacted. Votes were stolen within the party. They are asking Rama not to steal the elections, while they are stealing them themselves ," declared Vokshi.
The statement comes in the context of Sali Berisha's positions. The leader of the DP declared today that he has no intention of leaving, even though the Statute clearly stipulates that when the election is lost, the leader leaves without the right to re-candidate. However, Berisha expects to run in the elections to be held for president next year and hold the DP hostage.
