Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has denied the accusations raised by SPAK against him and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi for the privatization of the former "Partizani" sports complex.
Berisha said in the show "Opinion" that his son-in-law, as one of the heirs of that property, says that when the investment and construction of the buildings was completed, Jamarbër Malltezi entered the business not only with 113 square meters as a beneficiary, but with 1250 m2 as he had also bought other lands in the same place from his beneficiary cousins.
Then, according to Berisha, they sold apartments in the pit at a lower price. The former Prime Minister said that SPAK has all the contracts for the sale of apartments in the pit.
" Abi Malltezi benefited from the privatization of 113 m2. He bought from his cousins and reached 1250 square meters. Fatmir Bektashi, a builder for many years, is also the owner.
Abi Malltezi entered with 1250 m2, he invested 60 thousand Euros, as Fatmir Bektashi himself says, the 3 partners agreed to sell in the pit. They sold for 650, 730 Euros, at a time when 100 meters away they were selling for 960 Euros per meter.
In SPAK's file there are 500 contracts that prove the sale in the pit. They are all bank payment receipts of those who bought apartments in the foundation. SPAK has hidden this. Why did SPAK hide it? Just to get Jamabër Malltez out to deceive the public. If you say that he entered with 100 meters and came out with 5 million, you make a monstrous deception. That he did not enter with 100 meters but with 1250 meters. He bought it for his cousins.
SPAK knows that they do not stand, because they are all the bank invoices, all the floor plans that he bought the plots. SPAK has over 500 invoices ", declared Sali Berisha.
