On the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, there was a clash between Arlind Qori and Adriatik Lapaj, who have different approaches to how they think about the overthrow of Rama's government.
Lapaj said that everyone should unite in the square, leaving aside party logos, to overthrow Rama, while Qori categorically rejects any union with other forces such as the DP, or even new parties, as he says they are not honest.
Arlind Qori: We are being asked to join other parties. I have said that other parties do not have our honesty and level of seriousness. Fortunately, we did not make the mistake of joining them, because we would have become the laughingstock of the world with our aunt or uncle fighting for a mandate. All other parties except the Together Movement are in coalition with Sali Berisha for the Tirana elections. Every party has the freedom and right to take any action it wants, any kind of protest it wants. We stay away from these adventures.
Adriatik Lapaj : Regarding Mr. Berisha's table, we have been protesting in the square for 32 days without interruption. In this sense, it is not normal to sit in conference rooms to discuss the protests. The protest is here, the square is open to everyone.
We have said there is a time for the party and there is a time for Albania. None of us individually, at this moment in the country, can defeat Edi Rama. He has a monstrous system of vote projection, he is a "political monster", which produces results that are unfavorable to change and Albania. We will not go to that table, since it has a party logo. If it were for party tables, I would set one up and invite everyone. If we sit inside the fences, social cohesion cannot be created to force Rama to leave.
Ylli Rakipi: You also differ a lot from each other in the new forces. You remain as an association. Can you explain this to me?
Adriatik Lapaj : You there, Mr. Rakipi, maybe you don't want to understand, but I just explained it, I said there is a time for the party and a time for Albania. We are not like a political party here. We have left the ego aside, the party aside at the headquarters and we are saying we have lowered the party fence to open ourselves to society, to the citizens. We have no embarrassment in standing in this square even with citizens who have voted for Qori's movement, Shehaj's party, the DP. It is enough to understand that even though we do not like each other, the common problem, Edi Rama, is bigger. The biggest problem is Edi Rama. Separately, divided, we always lose. No one should have the embarrassment of logos and parties, we say, we are not here as Albania. It is done and they should not come as another party, but as Albanians. Edi Rama with the gang he leads must go. So I say, there is a time for the party, there is a time for Albania. These people may not like me, although I have no problem with them, but they cannot be selfish enough to do anything except confront Edi Rama. Edi Rama has his office on Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard.
Arlind Qori : Politics must be done in the name of justice and truth. Whoever lies harms society. A party leader cannot say I do not act as the leader of a political party. Saying I am the leader and I am without a logo is nonsense. In 2018, during the student protests, the leader of the LSI was Monika Kryemadhi, she said I tore up my LSI card and now I am going as a citizen. If you say I am not coming as a party leader, you must accept that Berisha will also come as a citizen. Even your union with Berisha. It is not a party coalition but we have a popular union... This is not true. This is hypocrisy. We need the truth and those who deal with politics should have the responsibility to tell the truth.
Adriatik Lapaj : It's a big problem, but I won't leave it unanswered. First, all of Albania knows that we put people on closed lists to burn in order to compete with an open list, and I competed with an open list, I didn't hide behind a closed list. We put aunts and uncles on the lists to burn, but you put sisters and brothers on the lists.
Arlind Qor i: They are activists. Do you know who the MP of the Together Movement is? Everyone knows him well. No one knows your MP. You made fun of the people. How do you claim that after becoming the world's gas, you can also attract others.
Adriatik Lapaj : You made a claim that people don't unite. On Sunday when four people were arrested, you had to stand with them, because the court said they were arrested illegally. There were 3,000 citizens.
Arlind Qori : Are you kidding me? What about 3 thousand citizens?
Adriatik Lapaj : This approach serves Edi Rama. Join the square against Edi Rama!
Arlind Qori : You opened a bar in the square.
Adriatik Lapaj : Let's all come together to overthrow Rama! Albania doesn't need your and mine nonsense, but it needs Rama to leave today, not tomorrow!
Arlind Qori : How do you remove Rama, by making him look ridiculous? By taking that place?
Adriatik Lapaj : I've saved you so much time. Unite in the square against Edi Rama. You and everyone else. Unite against Rama, leave the aunts and uncles. Unite against Rama and then enter the elections.
Arlind Qori : You are in coalition with each other, no one follows you, you have no reputation.
Adriatik Lapaj : Don't drag me around Tirana, unite against Edi Rama, who leads the regime. The boss of Balluk is Rama. The kleptocracy is led by Edi Rama.
