Analyst Preç Zogaj commented on the split in the Democratic Party.
During this interview for the media, he said that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha should give life to his ideas to unite the party.
"The union by assimilating the other party has no result at all", he said.
He further added that the premise for unification would only be created by removing the dividing line and this, according to him, would pave the way for a comprehensive organization.
"I think that unification is possible by removing the dividing line. The division happened for a reason and removing the dividing line creates premises for unification and this would pave the way for an inclusive organization that aims at free and equal elections, issuing a leadership. This is the path of the Union, I don't see any other possibilities," said Zogaj.
Meanwhile, the situation in DP continues to be chaos.
The Official Democratic Party on June 5-6 has announced the meeting of the Presidency and the Parliamentary Group. The reason will be the reorganization of the party and the election of new judges.
This announcement was made by the head of the parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, who assumed this position after the resignation of Enkeljd Alibeaj.
