It is not us who decide whether Xhaçka has violated the constitution, but the Constitutional Court. You have been dragging the case for a year. While Enkelejd Alibeaj said that Xhaçka, according to him, is clearly protected by the majority, while adding that professional expertise can be misused politically.

The issue of the mandate of deputy Olta Xhaçka has returned for discussion in the Parliament of Albania after the Constitutional Court has decided to accept the request of 14 DP deputies, to annul the decision of the Parliament that approved the majority report not to extend Xhaçka's mandate to Constitutional Court.
This decision means that the Assembly is obliged to take a request of the deputies for verification of the mandate of a deputy to the Constitutional Court and it will be the last one to decide.
