The member of the leadership of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, has published several documents that show the assets of the Tirana incinerator company.
Kelliçi has denounced 7 apartments with an area of 500 square meters in one of the complexes in Tirana.
"In the Tirana incinerator, 130 million euros have been paid so far for an incinerator that does not exist.
I will publish today for the first time, one of the contracts signed between the incinerator of Tirana and Klodian Zoto, a contract signed on July 20, 2021 between the administrator of the ITS company that is Denisa Tollkuçi and the construction company 'Llanaj construction' .
Basically, this contract states that this company will be allowed to deposit 85 thousand tons of soil free of charge in Sharre, against the reward of 500 square meters of construction, or apartments for the Tirana incinerator, the ITS company.
This company did not pay for the land, but with a clearing contract of 500 square meters of living space.
It is about these apartments", said Kelliçi on Syri TV.
According to him, their value is 1 million euros, while Kelliçi has also invited SPAK to receive the documents.
He also said that he will continue to publish similar contracts for other properties.
