On International Workers' Day, the head of Nisma Thurje, Endri Shabani, spoke about the current situation in Albania.
Shabani emphasized that Albania is still in feudalism.
He added that salaries in Albania are lower than in all the countries of the region. According to him, the reason for this is the thefts by the authorities.
"We are still in feudalism. Time in Albania has no economic value. In Albania the market is captured. In Albania, a large part of the workers has a feudal lord, who has usurped this sector. The problem is with thieves", Shabani told Euronews.
Among other things, Shabani did not spare the accusations against the government, while he said that Albania has the lowest salaries, since it is stolen here.
"Obviously we have to protect our property, but first the one who steals it from us is to blame. If we have the lowest salaries in the Balkans, it is not that we are a less productive people than the Montenegrins or the Albanians in Kosovo. We have the lowest salaries because it is stolen here," said Shabani.
