"I ask for two days' time", the postponement of the hearing for Berisha, the debates between the state attorney and SPAK prosecutors are revealed

The behind-the-scenes of the postponement of the judicial process against the former prime minister Sali Berisha is clarified, while at the beginning of the process there were debates. One of the lawyers appointed by the state, Rabie Cenalia, has requested 2 days to familiarize herself with the case.

The media reports that SPAK prosecutors said they will notify the lawyer's office of the lawyer's refusal to defend, while Cenalia said she had not refused, but had only asked for more time to study the file.

"I did not refuse the protection. I scheduled this issue last night at 20:00. So I want the necessary time to study the file. I have to study the file to make an effective defense as the material is very voluminous",  said Cenalia.

The third session in the Special Court for the assessment of the security measure for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has been postponed to 3:00 p.m.
