The Minister of Justice, Besfort Lamallari, has presented the report on the state of crime for 2024, where he also answered questions from members of this committee.
But even in this committee, despite the debates, there has been no shortage of ironies, this time between the head of the committee, Ulsi Manja, and the DP member, MP Saimir Korreshi.
DP MP Samir Korreshi stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama has never appeared before the Commission.
"Let's kiss, we miss you, man of the earth," he said as he addressed the chairman of the Commission and former Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja.
"Oh, if we miss that prime minister, we've never seen him, we don't have him, let's kiss him because we miss him, man of the earth. Since the prime minister...", added the Democrat MP.
Manja responded by saying that even if Edi Rama were present, Korreshi would not be tall enough to "kiss" him.
"Please, even if he comes, you can't reach him," the head of the Commission replied.
"Oh comrade Ulsi, that Prime Minister is not coming here, I'm changing the question. But at ASHK there is a guard tower that is scaring us. You had the tower before, but you couldn't do anything. You couldn't hit the tower, let alone the guard tower, look at that, they are not giving you 500 of that money, the leftovers ," Korreshi concluded.
