Noka replied: " Today we have Narcos in front of us and to come together against him we have negotiated. It is important to confront Narcos, which is the only danger to Albania. There is no other priority ."
Noka further emphasized that "the free vote is what separates them all."
" The Vienna Institute has determined that Albania needs 100 years to reach the infrastructure of Europe, it needs 60 years for today's European standard to be captured by Albania. This is the problem that Albania has and that needs to be discussed. It is the poorest and most depopulated country since Narcos, but on the screens they talk about whether the DP will come out in red or blue pants ," said Noka.
