Analyst and publisher Nikoll Lesi, invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, focused on candidate Florian Binaj's statement that he will follow his model to win as an independent candidate. Lesi said that his model was different. Lesi stated that Binaj is wrong by not accepting Berisha in the campaign.
Excerpt from the conversation
Lesi: The candidate who said he was from the opposition, a very well-known actor, a very good person, he is making a mistake in the campaign. He says I am an independent candidate in the campaign, so he does not accept Berisha in the campaign.
Abilekaj: He said I will run my campaign with my headquarters.
Lesi: He said that I took the model of Nikollë Lesi. I ran in the right zone, and the SP put me in to get the votes of the gray part. I called the party leaders, the SP, the PSD against Berisha. That I won twice as an independent candidate.
Tela: He said he wouldn't go out with Berisha by his side. It's that simple.
Lesi: This is a way to justify the loss. So he wasn't our candidate, he was an independent.
