Democratic MP Edi Paloka declares that he saw a reaction of fear to Veliaj's statement about the incinerators.
According to Paloka, Veliaj is not afraid of SPAK, but the thought that Rama may have decided to sell the mayor.
"Veliaj is endangered the moment Rama sells it, without Rama selling it, SPAK touches it," said Paloka.
According to Paloka, the prime minister and the mayor are the "heads" of the affair and the real owners of the incinerators.
"I have said several times that unfortunately SPAK has turned into an instrument of Edi Rama. The incinerator scandal did not break out either a month ago or a year ago. The facts are screaming, they are neither circumstantial nor peripheral , are hundreds of millions of euros. In the Tirana incinerator, there are a full 100 million euros that have disappeared and have gone to the account of some people who are called the owners of the incinerators, Mërtiri and Zoto, but for me they are at the service of the real owners Rama and Veliaj. The seizure of the so-called incinerator of Tirana was seized with a year's delay, tens of millions of euros would have been saved for the citizens of Tirana. Veliaj has not been called even once to be questioned not as a defendant, but as a witness. There are dozens more denunciations only from the opposition.
For this reason and many others, I think that SPAK is simply being used by Rama to hit enemies, even within the party, and to save his head. All these who are affected are to protect his head Rama. It is the main partners who intervened, as was the last case of the criminal gang, which came from the foreign services, both the interceptions and the facts, that if it were Rama's collaborators who won the elections, Rama would never touch them. “Kush mund ta kërcënojë Ahmetajn tjetër përveç Ramës dhe Veliajn askush tjetër. Të gjithë ata që kanë përfunduar në burg, që kanë qenë bashkëpunëtorët më të ngushtë të Ramës...Të gjithë pa përjashtim kanë hyrë në burg me marrëveshje me Ramën. Që të bëjnë disa muaj burg për akuza të lehta, të marrin dënime të buta dhe të dalin nga burgu dhe të gëzojnë milionat. Nëse këta do të flisnin Rama s’do ta kishte të gjatë. Këto që ia janë bërë Ahmetajt mund të vijnë edhe nga kriminelë ordinerë, edhe nga Rama vetë. U ka thënë do bëni disa muaj burg dhe të gëzoni milionat, ose do bëheni armiqtë e mi. Kam bindjen që Ahmetaj s’e ka pranuar këtë marrëveshje. As Tahiri s’e pranoi në fillim këtë marrëveshje, nuk e di për cilat arsye e pranoi më vonë. Ahmetaj është i kërcënuar nga Rama dhe Veliaj, sepse është kërcënim nga Rama dhe Veliajn. Kemi shtet mafioz, s’kemi shtet normal”, tha Paloka.
He said that the people are to blame for not standing up in protest for their rights, although he pointed out that a politician is not allowed to say such a thing.
