On May 3, 2024, at a hotel in Tirana, he held a secret meeting with the association of waste recyclers, the three "gears" that Edi Rama used to put his mafia deals into legal motion, namely Mirela Kumbaro, Eduard Shalsi and Arben Pëllumbi .
The topic of the meeting was this: "Challenges of Competition in the Economy", but in fact, they agreed in the bargain with the mafia according to the order of Edi Rama, that the government and the parliament urgently start the legal procedures, for allowing the import of waste from the countries EU and other countries.
The Chairman of the Economy Committee, Eduard Shalsi, i.e. Edi Rama; guaranteed the mafia groups that the draft law on the import of waste would be drawn up and approved as soon as possible by him in the Economy Commission and would be immediately passed for a vote in the parliament, disguised as a law that supposedly develops Albania's economy and creates jobs .
Four months after that meeting, now before returning from vacation, Eduard Shalsi says that he has prepared the new draft law for the import of waste; but in reality it is a copy of the draft law of March 2011 by the "Berisha" government and of November 2013 and June 2016 by the "Rama" government.
The draft law on the import of waste has come to the fore again and has been prepared and will be presented to the parliament for approval within October 2024, serving it as supposedly safe waste, with the possibility of economic development and according to European standards and with the recommendation of EU.
In fact, it is the international mafia that imports waste to countries outside the EU and Third World countries; the one that has prepared the draft of the draft law for the import of waste in Albania and has set Prime Minister Edi Rama in motion, while he has put into action his "tool" Eduard Shalsi of the parliament to approve it.
The import of waste in Albania will not have a quantitative limitation, while a list of waste that will not be allowed will be formally defined for their types; but this will be for propaganda effect and public deception to hide the truth of Albania's pollution with the world's waste.
Because in fact, waste will flood all EU countries and all other countries, where the waste mafia will do business with the heads of the Albanian government, even the government itself is opening the gates by law, while until now it has allowed them without law .
It is said that the waste that will be brought from the EU countries and from other countries to Albania will not be dangerous and will not cause any consequences in the environment and people's lives.
The logical question that is asked is this: - Since these wastes develop the economy and are not dangerous, why don't the EU countries keep them there themselves, but want to bring them to Albania?
In fact, they have found a "bin" to throw their dangerous waste, while the crime is being committed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, who has bargained with the waste mafia to bring them to Albania./Pamphlet
