The Socialist Party has not commented on the decision of the Special Court on the imposition of the security measure 'obligation to appear' and "prohibition of exiting the country" for Sali Berisha, as it pertains to the privatization of Partizan.
Asked by journalists if the Constitution was violated in the case of Berisha, Minister Mirela Kumbaro on behalf of the government said that they will not comment, but will respect the separation of powers. She emphasized that the majority initiated the establishment of SPAK and GJKKO and fought to work independently.
" As many times as members of the government we have been asked about the actions of the justice institutions, we have not made any comments. We respect the separation of powers, we respect more than anyone else that this government was the one that founded it, fought for this system, GJKKO and SPAK to be established and function in the best possible conditions. No action is excluded, they are procedural actions, we have not commented and I do not make any exception for the case in question ", said Kumbaro after the end of the government meeting.
