Elton Qyno, one of the well-known journalists, a reporter for the chronicle, has been interrogated under pressure by the agents of the National Bureau of Investigation, and he has been strongly asked to confess the source of the information.
Of course, for a report that the journalist had given, where the power and sensitivity of the news caused a stir.
In a report, the journalist is only responsible for the truth of the news, but when it comes to a sensitive development, he protects the source, especially when he is exposed to blackmail, attacks or threats. Things that have happened in Albania.
Qyno spoke about Nuredin Duman's file, giving the information that was made public by other media. But after that, BKH agents and prosecutor Behar Dibra have asked Elton Qynos to reveal who is the source of the information in question.
Here we are really dealing with the first precedent, after the idiocy of Blerim Cela, when Aleksandër Frangaj was arrested.
A reporter not only has no obligation to make his source public, but he has the right to protect it. There are even laws, court decisions of EU countries, but also of the Supreme Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, that protect the journalist's right to preserve his source.

Elton Qyno is being detained by SPAK, when in reality he did not commit any criminal offense, but simply did what every free journalist in the world does. It protects and does not sell the source of information, which is the basis and part of ancient law.
